How do I become a Yodel store?

If you’re looking to become a Yodel Store, you will need to get in touch with PayPoint who own the store network. At Yodel, we’re delighted to offer the full range of Return to Yodel Store and Deliver to Yodel Store services through the Yodel network, with thousands of Yodel Stores across the nation.

If you’re interested in your store becoming a Yodel Store, you’ll need to contact PayPoint. They’ll log your request and get back in touch with you. Before contacting PayPoint, please have a look at the following points to check if your store meets the criteria to become a Yodel Store:

  • Your store doesn’t currently operate another parcel service

  • Your store is open to the general public between 7am-7pm as a minimum

  • Your store has a secure area, to hold at least 100 parcels that are up to 90cm x 60cm x 50cm in size
