How does Deliver to Yodel Store and Return to Yodel Store work?

Our Deliver to Yodel Store and Return to Yodel Store services are a convenient and easy service especially for those who are busy and not at home to receive a parcel.

Deliver to Yodel Store

We partner with more than one hundred online retailers to offer Deliver to Yodel Stores services, with Yodel Stores located near to where you live, work or study. Choose the Deliver to Yodel Store option at checkout and you will receive a notification code via text message, email and in the InPost App when your order has arrived. Return to Yodel Store

If what you have ordered online doesn’t suit, we partner with hundreds of retailers to make returns really easy. You might find a returns label in the parcel that your delivery arrived in, or you can download a label from our Return to Yodel Store page or choose to print in store - so no need for a printer.

After dropping off your parcel at a Yodel Store, keep the receipt the storekeeper gives you when your parcel is scanned in and you can track the parcel using the tracking reference (it will usually be a mix of 7 letters and numbers) displayed two thirds the way down the receipt. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel on our website.
