Zara’s fee for carrier returns is £2.95, which will be deducted from your total refund price.

What is Zara’s return policy?
Zara accepts returns within 30 days of buying (in-store) or shipping date (online purchases). Your items must be unworn and in their original condition, or including labels, or Zara might not provide a refund. You must also have your receipt or Zara QR code.
All returns must be made in the same market or region where you bought your items.

Can I return an item to Zara if it’s faulty?
Yes, you can return faulty items to Zara. Just follow the instructions above and highlight that the item is faulty when requesting your return.
Can I get a refund without a receipt?
No, to make a return you must have your receipt (from in-store purchases) or your Zara QR code (purchases made online).
Can I return Zara clothes without a tag?
No, when you return items to Zara, they must be in their original condition with all the labels attached. The only exception is if you’re returning something because it’s faulty.
Can I exchange a Zara item online?
Yes, you can request a size exchange on the Zara website or app. Zara will send out the new size and you will need to return the original item via a carrier like Yodel, as above. If you fail to send it back within 14 days however, the price of a second item will be charged to your payment card.
