How do I receive my home delivery notifications?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

From 8th June, you'll start receiving notifications about your home deliveries from InPost.
To continue receiving push notifications and delivery updates after the transition, download the InPost app and match your account. All home delivery emails and text messages will be sent by InPost, so keep an eye out for our new branding.
You'll also receive push notifications about your parcel's journey through the InPost app.
Until 17th July, you'll continue to receive push notifications in the Yodel by InPost app as well.
