Can I call the driver directly?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

You can pass on helpful notes and tips about your delivery to your driver in the 'Special Instructions' section in Delivery Preferences in the InPost App but you cannot call your driver directly.
