There has been no tracking update for several days, what should I do?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

If there has been no update on your parcel on our tracking page for a couple of days and it has gone beyond the expected delivery date, please get in touch via our Webchat and one of our team will be able to help you.

For Vinted, eBay and other marketplace orders, your parcel delivery may take between three and five days to arrive in store or to your door. You can track the progress of all of your parcels (including marketplace orders) in the InPost app.
