I received an email to say my parcel is now in store to collect, but I have no collection code

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

You can get your collection code on our website, just click here to search for yours now. Please note that you will need to provide the email that you used during the order process.

If your query relates to a Vinted parcel, and you are an iOS user, you may have automatically signed up for Vinted with your Apple ID. Please ensure that you have checked your Apple ID email, as your collection code may have been sent to this email.
