My QR code to access the InPost Locker isn't working
From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help
If you arrive to the InPost locker and you’re unable to scan your QR code, try turning the brightness up on screen, ensuring your around 15cm away from it. You can access the InPost Locker by manually entering your code too.
Alternatively, download the InPost app and use the remote opening feature to access the locker.
