Do I still have 10 days to pick up my parcel from an InPost Shop?

If you've chosen to collect your parcel from an InPost Shop, either at checkout or by diverting a home delivery, you'll usually have 3 days to collect it.
For some retailer orders, you may still have up to 10 days to collect your parcel. Don't worry - we'll let you know exactly how long you have through the InPost app, email and text notifications.
